Before you Book
• Arrive hydrated and avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before your session.
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement.
• If you are managing an injury or specific condition, please have recent doctor’s note for clearance.
• First-time clients will receive a digital intake form upon arrival.
•A reminder as well, this is a unique massage experience curated only for you.
• You will receive a confirmation email immediately after scheduling.
• A reminder will be sent prior to your session.
• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Please arrive promptly.
PAYMENT + POLICIES
• Payment is due at the time of booking or at completion of your session. (cash, all major credit cards)
• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repetitive late cancellations or no-shows are subject to the full session fee beforehand, with no refunds and/or no longer able to book.
• Restorative Massage Therapy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.

What to expect after you book
Arrival Instructions
The studio is private and by appointment only.
When you arrive:
• Park in parking lot in front of MySalonSuites.
• Text or call 321-945-8440 upon arrival, you may use the calling kiosk located in the lobby.

• You will be let into the building promptly, if not please wait momentarily as I finish with my last appointment.
•PLEASE refrain from letting yourself in before your call is answered, as it creates hold up in the hallways.
This ensures privacy and uninterrupted flow between sessions.
